Big Win For Sara Ali Khan’s Mother Amrita Singh In The Legal Battle Over Dehradun Property
Sara Ali Khan’s mother is heaving a sigh of relief as she won the legal battle over a property in Uttarakhand.
Some time back, we had reported of Sara Ali Khan and her mother Amrita Singh approaching the Dehradun Police to stake claims on a property in Uttarakhand worth crores. Reports suggest that Amrita along with her septuagenarian aunt Tahira approached the court to dismiss a plea by Tahira’s brother Madhusudhan for a 16,000 square feet property.
On Tuesday, as Amrita reached the court with Tahira, the latter approached the court of civil judge Ramesh Singh to dismiss her brother’s case. She had been fighting the legal battle with her brother Madhusudan, who died of cancer recently. She requested the court that since her brother was no more, the case should be dismissed.

As there was nobody to challenge the decision, Amrita and Tahira won the legal battle. Now, they will approach the district magistrate to finish the formalities to transfer the property in the names of Tahira and Amrita Singh. It was on January 20 that Sara and Amrita had approached Clementown police station claiming that the property belonged to them.
